A flyer went home today giving out details for the 1st and 2nd grade End of Year Picnic. It will be held on Thursday, June 16. Please detach the bottom of the flyer and fill out to RSVP for the picnic. We need the forms back in order to give your child permission to attend the picnic. We will need parents to donate items. Behavior: We are in the final two weeks of school. Please talk with your child about behavior expectations. We are having an increase in disruptive behavior, name calling, inappropriate language and students not keeping their hands to themselves. We have a lot of special events coming up and it will break my heart to take these events away from students, but we will.
Reading Homework: Cereal Box book report is due by Friday. Please let me know if you have any questions. Other than that assignment, homework is wrapped up for Mrs. Hull's class for the year!!! Anything that comes home completed was done and checked in class and can be kept home. However, if a student is not able to complete a classwork assignment in class then I will ask that they finish it for homework. This will be on an individual case basis and it will be your child's responsibility to communicate with you what needs to be completed. I will not update the blog with this information because it will not apply to the whole class.
