TRAVEL TO ASIA

Geography Project

Every year thousands of tourists visit India, China, and Japan, three countries in the continent of Asia.  Students selected the name of a famous landmark from one of these countries.  A landmark is an important place, monument, or building.  Students have to create a travel poster that will encourage tourists to visit.

The travel poster (14” x 22” or smaller) can include any symbols related to the landmark and its country, however, it must have the following:
  • ·      Slogan with landmark name (e.g., Visit the Washington Monument)
  • ·      Landmark Location (country and city; e.g., United States, Washington DC)
  • ·      Picture or Drawing of Landmark
  • ·      Drawing or Picture of Landmark Country’s Flag (i.e., Japan, China, OR India)

Projects are due FRIDAY, MARCH 2nd.

100 days of Teaching + 100 Days of Learning = 100 Days of Excellence.

Today, Imagine Superstars celebrated 100 Days of Schools. Door decorating contest, pizza, and parades are just some of the activities students enjoyed in celebration of this momentous milestone.  Second grade students also wrote 100 thank you cards to thank our Troops for everything they do to serve and protect our country.

We would like to thank the AJB Chapel/Protestant Parrish and the Imagine PTO for their donations and support in making this day truly memorable for our students.
